Hourly Rate

$165 per hour, which includes one-on-one, uninterrupted treatment for your child

Treatment Duration & Travel

Nature-based occupational therapy sessions are one hour in length, travel time is free within the area Decatur/Virginia-Highland areas, additional charges may apply for travel rates to other areas.

Your First Session

Our first session includes time to get to know you and your family, discuss your child’s needs and developmental history, answer questions, and meet your child. This helps me better understand your family’s goals and how occupational therapy can best support your child.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Smiley OT is an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary depending on your individual insurance plan.
